01 & 02 December 2022 - HYBRID EVENT
Our international Symposium took place in the Social Neuroscience Lab in Berlin from Thursday 1st to Friday 2nd December 2022. The main focus was on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health, resilience and aspects of social cohesion as well as on interventions implemented to reduce the negative impact this global crisis had on psychological vulnerability worldwide.
It was given in a hybrid format, with a core group of about 25 speakers and hosts in person in Berlin and the majority of the audience online.
The first day of the symposium focused on newest data on the impact of the pandemic on different dimensions of mental health, resilience and aspects of social cohesion from major Pandemic-related studies across the globe. The second day explored the efficacy of interventions for increasing mental health and resilience in the wake of the pandemic. The full program can be downloaded below.

The Social Neuroscience Lab would like to thank the Horst Kübler Foundation for kindly supporting the symposium.
